Are you a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling career opportunity in the field of education? Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced SLP to join a reputable school district in Woodstown, New Jersey. This is a full-time, onsite position for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions, incorporating appropriate techniques and strategies to improve students' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and create a supportive educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
  • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
