Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Needed in Sunnyvale, CA

Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. This role involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders, collaborating with educators and parents, and maintaining detailed records of student progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid California SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
